Arstotzka Class Heavy Cruiser

The Arstotzka Class Heavy Cruiser is a refitted former Covenant Vessel under Exon service to be used as Flotilla Leaders and Command ships. Although equipped with relatively small weapons for its tonnage, her weapons are practically unrivaled in firerate, not to mention that its Mini-Mac network is capable of dishing out serious damage with internal fires and dishing out unparralled damage to surrounding fighter craft.
